We had a leaking second story deck that needed to be demolished and rebuilt, as well as aging outdoor vigas and latillas that needed replacing. Pretty complex problems requiring creative solutions in a very custom home. Rosie's team gave a fair and honest assessment and brought in the best team of skilled associates to get this done. I've used Rosie twice for major projects. First was a kitchen remodel that turned into an entire downstairs remodel. And then again to remodel my master bathroom. Both projects were flawless! I think I was most impressed by the scheduling and that everything finished on time.
