We had a leaking second story deck that needed to be demolished and rebuilt, as well as aging outdoor vigas and latillas that needed replacing. Pretty complex problems requiring creative solutions in a very custom home. Rosie's team gave a fair and honest assessment and brought in the best team of skilled associates to get this done. The amount of care to keep things clean through this process was astounding. I've used Rosie twice for major projects. First was a kitchen remodel that turned into an entire downstairs remodel. And then again to remodel my master bathroom. Both projects were flawless! I think I was most impressed by the scheduling and that everything finished on time.
