We had a leaking second story deck that needed to be demolished and rebuilt, as well as aging outdoor vigas and latillas that needed replacing. I've used Rosie twice for major projects. First was a kitchen remodel that turned into an entire downstairs remodel. And then again to remodel my master bathroom. Both projects were flawless! I think I was most impressed by the scheduling and that everything finished on time.
